I purchased both the Bluefin & Dorado whole bean bags initially for the novetly of the "fishing factor"/local business factor (plus that those 2 fish happen to be my favorites) but I will keep buying Fishing Grounds becuase I'm throughly impressed with the quality and taste. The Bluefin beans are defientely a slightly darker roast than the Dorado but still insanely smooth and not bitter. I've found that the Dorado beans are my new go to for home made cold brew and the Bluefin beans make an incredible drip coffee. Happy - now repeat customer!
